AHF active harmonic filter is an ideal choice to solve the problems of waveform distortion, low power factor, voltage fluctuation and load imbalance in power system. Real-time monitoring of load current through high-precision external CT, built-in advanced DSP chip uses intelligent algorithm to quickly track command current, and uses FFT technology to accurately separate active power, reactive power and harmonic components of load current to accurately calculate harmonic content. Subsequently, the DSP sends 20KHZ PWM signal to the IGBT driver board to accurately control the IGBT high-frequency switching action, and generates compensation current equal to the harmonic current amplitude and opposite phase on the inverter side to inject into the grid. At the same time, CT continuously monitors the output current and feeds back to DSP to achieve closed-loop control, ensuring continuous stable and accurate operation of the system, effectively eliminating harmonics and improving power quality.
