o The client is a winery with a reputation in the winemaking industry. The winery occupies a large area with modern winemaking workshops, cellars, office space and a large vineyard. With the continuous expansion of the winery business and the increasing requirements for production efficiency and energy management, its power system faces a series of challenges. The electricity supply from the grid in the region where the winery is located sometimes fluctuates, especially during the peak summer season when voltage instability occurs. This poses a potential threat to some of the equipment in the winemaking process that requires high power quality, such as sophisticated fermentation temperature control systems, automated filling lines, etc., which can lead to equipment failures, production disruptions, and wine quality impairment. The winery has extensive land resources and good conditions for solar energy development. However, due to the lack of effective power conversion and management equipment, it is difficult for wineries to fully utilize solar energy resources and seamlessly integrate them into the existing power system. The direct current generated by the simple installation of solar photovoltaic panels cannot directly meet the needs of various AC electrical equipment in the winery, and in the absence of suitable energy storage and power regulation devices, the intermittent power generation characteristics of solar energy also limits its large-scale application. To solve these problems, the winery chose ARK's 50-150KW PCS products to build an efficient energy management and power conversion system.
