The material and surface treatment process of the charging pile meet the relevant standards to ensure its corrosion resistance, wear resistance, prolong the service life, and comprehensively evaluate its charging efficiency and quality by testing the input voltage, output current, power and other parameters of the charging pile, which ensures the accuracy and reliability of the electrical performance of the charging station. The inspection process of the charging station is carried out in the order of appearance inspection, electrical performance inspection and safety performance inspection. Each inspection needs to record the data in detail and fill in the inspection report, which ensures the whole process management and control of EF160 quality. The charging station can work in a wide range of temperature and humidity, and adapt to different environmental conditions, such as through cold testing and wet heat testing, to ensure that the charging pile can operate normally in harsh environments.
