The Customer Park is a comprehensive park that gathers many industrial enterprises, covering many industries such as machinery manufacturing, electronic processing, and chemical industry. With the continuous development and expansion of enterprises in the park, higher requirements are put forward for the stability, efficiency and intelligent energy management of power supply. In order to reduce operating costs, improve energy self-sufficiency and practice the concept of sustainable development, some enterprises in the park have plans to introduce distributed energy resources, such as solar photovoltaic systems and small wind power plants. However, the electricity generated by these distributed energy sources is intermittent and volatile, and it is difficult to achieve seamless docking with the traditional power grid of the park, and efficient power conversion and regulation equipment is needed to ensure the stable integration and distribution of electric energy. Under the traditional power supply mode, the park lacks effective energy management means, which makes it difficult to monitor, analyze and regulate the power consumption of each enterprise in real time. It is difficult to accurately grasp the distribution of energy consumption and peak and trough periods of electricity consumption, and it is difficult to formulate reasonable energy procurement and distribution strategies, resulting in serious energy waste and low overall energy utilization efficiency. In order to meet the above challenges, the park management side evaluated and selected 250kW-500kW PCS products from ARK company after various evaluation and screening, and built an advanced distributed energy management and power quality optimization system. ARK PCS has excellent bidirectional power conversion function, which can efficiently convert the direct current generated by distributed energy sources (solar photovoltaic panels, small wind turbines, etc.) in the park into alternating current that meets the requirements of the grid, and can flexibly realize the bidirectional flow of electric energy according to the real-time demand and energy storage status of the grid. When there is a surplus of distributed energy generation, PCS stores the excess energy into the energy storage system. For example, in the sunny day, the solar photovoltaic system generates a large amount of power, PCS can give priority to most of the photovoltaic energy for the use of enterprises in the park, and store the remaining part in the energy storage battery; At night or on cloudy days, when the power generation of the photovoltaic system is reduced, PCS obtains electricity from the energy storage system or the grid to meet the electricity demand of the park. Through this intelligent control method, the optimal allocation and efficient utilization of energy in the park are realized.
